Refund & Return Policy

  Return Guidelines are as follows: 

  1. Return policy does not cover any edible item.
  2. The product should be eligible to be returned.
  3. If there is no pick-up option available for the product, an alternate option of self-return will be provided.
  4. As per the trust refund policy, refund for the product will be done only after the product will be received by the company.
  5. Cash on delivery is not available as of now, but will be available soon in the future.

  The return will be processed only if:


  Note that we don’t accept orders in bulk. You can’t request more than 5 packets of Prashad or more than 3 pieces of any other product in one order. In case your order exceeds the limit, an extra courier charge will be applied.


  If you schedule courier pick-up through our online portal, there are some documents that you will need to hand over to the pick-up associate: The documents are:

  1. Copy of an ID Proof (Aadhar, Pan, Passport or Voter ID)
  2. Return Invoice
  3. Customer Authorization

  The Return Invoice and customer authorization should be affixed with the package to be returned. The package takes around 7 to 10 to reach us through courier.

  When the package is received by us, it takes around 2 days process the refund and around 7 days refund your amount.

  If a defective or wrong product is delivered by us, we will refund the full amount, else the shipping charge will be deducted.

  You can also cancel the order which is not delivered.

  If you receive a non-returnable product in damaged condition, you should contact us immediately.
